Working Hours
For all our frontline, customer facing roles you will be required to work a series of shifts on a rolling shift rota basis, in which the earliest starts may be around 4am and latest finishes as late as 2am in the morning. For some locations nights may also be part of the shift pattern. Days off are generally grouped together to help you have that work life balance. Holidays are generally rostered for all frontline employees including some days to be used for general days off for a full week or single days off if needed so our staff can enjoy quality time away from work.
Roles at our headquarters are mainly based on a Monday to Friday basis although as our business runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 363 days per year some support roles are sometimes required to work weekends or shifts.
