Customer Service

Whether you are based at a booking office, member of station or platform staff at one of our locations, high customer service levels is always our biggest priority.

You would be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service through the issue of tickets, railcards, and the provision of customer information. You will ensure the safety of customers, staff and equipment whilst carrying out retail duties.

You would also ensure the presentation of our trains and station areas meet the standards of our business expectations and the Environment Act.
