Momentum Schools' Tour Competition Winners

18th June 2009


Competition winners from the Northern Rail Cup Momentum Tour of schools are seen here receiving their prizes during their team’s NRC Quarter Final. The children were encouraged to write a poem about travelling by train to a match or design a rail safety poster and the winners, judged by their teachers. Tony Hargrave, Northern Rail Cup Sponsorship Manager said: “The quality of the work submitted by the children was exceptional and they were especially thrilled to have their photos taken on the pitch at half time.”
