Barrow Raiders Chairman Des Johnston expressed his delight as Barrow were drawn at home to Dewsbury in the quarter finals of the Northern Rail Cup.
"At this stage of the competition all you can hope for is a home tie and we have got that. There are a lot of matches to be played between now and the quarter finals which will give more of a guide as to the credentials of each club but Barrow will be capable of beating any side at Craven Park," commented Des.
He added, " I don't know what gave me the greatest pleasure, getting a home draw in the Northern Rail, receiving a telephone call from Zeb Luisi informing me that his visa has been sorted out or winning the guess the score competition in the Raiders Bar for the Halifax v Widnes game."
The Chairman confirmed that during the televised game a delighted ?Zeb Luisi had telephoned him to tell him that his visa had come through and that he would be flying to the U.K. on Sunday.
