VIP Vikings Valentine Day winners

Well done to our winners of a VIP Vikings Valentine Day courtesy of Northern Rail and the Runcorn and Widnes Weekly News.Janet Dourley and Colin Burges were selected winners of a special Valentine’s Day lunch at the Stobart Stadium and tickets for a re-run of last season’s Northern Rail Cup Final between Widnes Vikings and Barrow Raiders.
Competition entrants were required to say in 20 words or fewer why they wanted to win this Valentine’s Day prize for their partner.
Janet who nominated her husband Des wrote:
"He's kind and considerate
Sincere and true
Not just on Valentine's Day
But the whole year through."
And Colin wrote this about his partner: "I would like to treat my wife Janet to a special dinner and a good rugby game for letting me go to the home matches these last 35 years."
