NORTH WEST TRAIN PERFORMANCE

We introduced the biggest change to our timetables for 25 years on 14 December.
Since then the majority of our services have run on time. Unfortunately we have had to cancel a small number of trains due to short-term operational problems.
We recognise the inconvenience that this has caused to many customers and sincerely apologise. We are working hard, and making progress to return to the high levels of punctuality and reliability that we previously achieved.
