Engineering work between Leeds and Normanton from 23:00 on Sunday 25 April 2010
- 21:15 Lincoln to Leeds will be diverted not calling at Normanton, Castleford and Woodlesford, a bus will run between Wakefield Kirkgate and Leeds to serve these stations
- 22:26 Knottingley to Leeds bus replaces train throughout

Overnight engineering work affecting Northern Rail services from Monday 26 to Friday 30 April 2010
The following train alterations will apply:
Monday - Thursday- 22:00 Blackpool South to Colne will be replaced by a bus between Blackburn and Colne
- 22:43 Manchester Oxford Road to Wilmslow will be replaced by a bus
- 22:56 Wilmslow to Manchester Piccadilly will be replaced by a bus
- 23:04 Wakefield Westgate to Knottingley will be replaced by a bus
- 23:05 Knottingley to Leeds will start from Glasshoughton. A bus will run from Knottingley to Leeds leaving at 23:05 calling at Glasshoughton
- 23:13 Blackpool North to Manchester Victoria and the 23:23 Manchester Victoria to Blackpool North services will not call at Chorley, Adlington, Blackrod, Horwich Parkway, Lostock and Bolton. Replacement buses will run between Bolton and Blackpool North and between Preston and Manchester Victoria
- 23:27 Manchester Oxford Road to Liverpool Lime Street will be replaced by a bus
- 23:38 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Piccadilly will be replaced by a bus
- 00:44 Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly will not call at Manchester Airport. A replacement bus will run from Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly calling at Manchester Airport
- 03:38 Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport will be replaced by a bus between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport
- 04:34 Manchester Airport to Liverpool Lime Street will be replaced by a bus between Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly leaving at the earlier time of 04:10
- 04:47 Preston to Colne will start from Blackburn. A bus will run from Preston to Colne leaving at 05:24
- 04:56 Blackpool North to Colne will be retimed to leave at the later time of 05:22

23:04 Manchester Piccadilly to Alderley Edge will be replaced by a bus between Stockport and Alderley Edge
23:12 Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly will be replaced by a bus
23:38 Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe will be replaced by a bus between Stockport and Crewe
22:47 Sheffield to Manchester Piccadilly will not call at Stockport. A bus will run from Chinley to Manchester Piccadilly and call at Stockport
22:56 Buxton to Manchester Piccadilly and 23:10 Manchester Piccadilly to Buxton will be replaced by buses between Buxton and Stockport
