To qualify for this special offer, simply collect 2 tokens from your local newspaper, printed until Saturday 6 February 2016, register or log-in to MyNorthern, download an application form (below) and buy your tickets from any staffed ticket office.
You can travel anywhere on the Northern Rail network using Northern Rail services. Hop on and off all day long. Visit Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Southport, Sheffield, York and more with Northern Rail.

Q. I've not received the email to confirm my MyNorthern registration
A. Check your junk email folder to make sure that your email hasn't gone into there. If you still haven't received the email please contact our customer relations department who will be able to assist you.
Q. When I try to login I receive a message saying that I haven't confirmed my account
A. The website will send you another confirmation email for you to confirm your account so you can login.
Q. I have forgotten my password
A. Enter your email address into the reset password functionality. You will then receive a reset password email with a link. Click on the link and enter a new password into two password fields (1 to confirm). This will reset your password.
Q. I haven't received a confirmation/reset password email
A. Call Customer Relations and provide them with your email address. Customer Relations will ask you for two bits of information to verify yourself. Once you have successfully provided security information Customer Relations will reset your password to a random secure one and email this to you.
Q. I haven't got a PDF reader - where can I get one?
A. Adobe Reader is available to download for Windows PC and Apple Mac computers for free. Other PDF readers should also be able to open the form. If you are still unable to open the form - please contact our customer relations department.
Q. I haven't got a printer
A. Many local libraries provide access to a printer so you can print out the application form; find your nearest library at findalibrary.org.uk.
Q. I don't have an email address
A. Call Customer Relations who will enter your details into a form. The website will store these details and a form will be generated with your address and a front letter. Customer Relations will print out the form and front letter and send it to you.
Q. I don't live near to a staffed railway station so I can't buy a ticket
A. Please contact our customer relations department.
Q. I have missed the copy of my local paper that has a Northern Rail promotional token in?
A. Contact the relevant newspaper group: Local World 01482 315276/ Newsquest 01274 705248/ Johnston Press 0844 292 0216 where they will be able to order back copies of the relevant newspaper.
Q. Can you tell me when the tokens will be in my local newspaper?
